My Newsmag theme is not showing up mobile when accessed via phone. Am I supposed to install something or is it supposed to be automatically mobile? If I am supposed to install something, can you tell me what/how?

Hello aefaison,

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please ensure that you have installed according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, if you have some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme copy and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Thanks for the message!

Thanks however I don’t have newspaper, I have newsmag. Those files were not included in my download of the newsmag theme. So my question still stands.

Theme is responsive so works fine on phones and tablets unless unsupported device/browser like Opera Mini.

So if mine is not showing up responsive that means I’m using a plugin that isn’t responsive? Because currently, my site looks terrible on all phones (android & iPhone) and it is not at all responsive.

Does the demo on themeforest look good on your mobile device? It should.

You might want to provide more info?

Which theme version; which ‘style/demo’ are you using, if any?

Are your ads responsive, if being used?

Link to example page “not responsive” ?

The demo does look good. Mine is I guess mobile but everything isn’t showing up responsive.

Here is an example:

You can also check out home page as well…

Ads are responsive.

Theme version 3.0

Pretty sure this is the default style.

Hello aefalson,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins, as you ca see here -> http://screencast.com/t/VA0MK4KSAeOg Also, you have some errors in your console, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/T5GQoqybck Please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins to interact with the core theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to revert the theme to the final state and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the required plugins and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!
