Hi,
The WP Envato Toolkit or WP Theme Update stopped at 2.3.6. How do we continue to update the theme? Thanks.

See the docs on how to update.
You can update via WP theme panel after you download the theme zip from themeforest.
Best way is via FTP to ensure it always works; and so you can make site backup at same time.
