Hello all, this is my time posting on here after purchasing the newpaper theme the other day and already I have an issue I need some assistance with.
I installed newspaper.zip file via wordpress admin, after installation I attempted to activate newspaper with purchase code but popup box appeared saying ‘To many requests from your IP. Please contact us via activate@tagdiv.com”
I sent an email yesterday as instructed detailing the issue with the screen capture of the popup and am still waiting for a response.
Any help or suggestions as to why this has happened as I am in limbo as cannot do anything on my site.

Change your IP via VPN or other service, and try again.

Thanks for that, but I added an extension to chrome called safervpn.com but that made no difference, I still got the pop-up window when I tried to activate theme with purchase code saying…
‘To many requests from your IP. Please contact us via activate@tagdiv.com’

The activation sometimes produces a server time-out so you will have to use the manual activation method:

I also tried the manual activation which also didn’t work and triggered the same error message as before.
I have given access to my wp-admin area to Alin (email support contact@tagdiv.com) who is going to take a look and see what the problem could be.

Hi,
Got the same problem than InspireORB: when trying to activate the Newspaper theme the following message is displayed:
“To many requests from your IP. Please contact us via activate@tagdiv.com”.
I contacted the support by e-mail a couple of times but was only instructed to try the “manual method”, which gave the exact same (no) result.
I’am a bit disappointed to see that the same problem appeared in the past and does not seem to be resolved yet.
Hope somebody can help me in this matter.

@bgdenis If the manual activation is not working, we will have to investigate this further. If you have’t already, contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will try to identify why this is happening. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
