I were install and active this plugin (uploaded from Newspaper-tf folder)

Hi,
Check your plugins area to see if Visual Composer is installed and active.
Check it’s settings to see if the plugin is activ for Administrators on pages – http://screencast.com/t/33n3OL3W
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all plugins, keep only Visual Composer active and see if it works.
If it does then you may have a plugin conflict, enable the rest of the plugins one by one to see which one causes this issue.

It looks sudenly my visual composer is not working too. Check role manager and configuration in general but still not showing when I edit a page. By surprise, when I disable wordpress seo, visual composer works?

Both visual composer and wordpress seo by yoast are compatible with our theme. Please try to deactivate all other plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test to see if they both work properly. If visual composer still does not work with just the 2 plugins active, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide access to your site so we can login and investigate. Problem SOLVED. It was the last update of wordpress SEO. I removed this plugin and reinstall it again and all work fine now.
