Trying to achieve good Google PageSpeed Insights score:

Using tagDiv Speed Booster and Above The Fold Optimization plugin:

Cannot do better than 67 for mobile and 86 for desktop.
Some inline scripts are preventing deferred loading of jquery.js and tagdiv_theme.min.js.
TypeError: html_jquery_obj is undefined
in
var html_jquery_obj = jQuery(‘html’);
TypeError: td_more_articles_box is undefined
in
td_more_articles_box.init()
Please advise.
