I update visual composer to latest version from theme package. The following notice happen on my site.
My worpress version is 4.5
Theme version is Newspaper V 7.1.1
On windows hosting

Notice: wpb_map is deprecated since version 4.2 (will be removed in 5.1)! Use vc_map instead. in E:\HostingSpaces\wwwroot\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3658

Hello win win,

Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it which is Newspaper 7.6 with the required plugins via FTP method, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Before this, make a full backup to your database to be safe.

According to documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ it uploading to my site via ftp.
As for me I’m not newly install so, first setup is deactivate my current theme and delete (also theme plugin).
And then following the documentation. Am I right?

Yes, you are right. After you delete the old theme you should install the latest theme version via FTP and it should working well.
