The “translations” page doesn’t work. Nothing happens after I click in the “Load translation” button.
As for what I have seen, this is a common issue with the theme. I tried the workarounds listed in the forums, but nothing worked.
I want to load Portuguese translation.
Can you please help me with the issue?

Your site on HTTPS protocol? Api tagdiv does not support the https protocol (which is weird). Therefore, the script not should be loaded. You can download cheat code inspector, but this is for advanced users.
PS. I had the same problem 🙂
Nope, its HTTP only. I’m getting a timeout trying to reach the api server.
Still no update in the language issue. I sent the email with all the details, but no reply was made.

Unfortunately we could not managed to yet find out exactly why this translation loading from theme’s panel is happening. We will continue to investigate it and fix it as soon as we figure this out!
