Updating Theme

Hi. My developer purchased the theme on my behalf and accidentally put the licence in her name. I have paid her for all her services. We are all good.

I then bought another license….because I didn’t want to have to wait for her or be reliant on her for updates.

So I think I’m using the user licence for Newspaper that she bought for us. However, to update the theme….I have installed the envato plugin and have used the token…for the theme I have purchased. Will this work. It seems to be taking a very long time to update.

Always, we recommend doing your theme update via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this way, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
