i need to update newspaper theme of my website http://www.factoryitalia.com , as suggested in the documentation i look for the theme update in themeforest but i can’t find, in the dowloads, the newspaper theme i bought more than 1 year ago.
can you help me in finding it?

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it. Then, you should make a full backup to your database to be safe and then, via FTP you should update the theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

thanks, i tried but on my themeforest account is not shown the purchase of newspaper theme that was done on late 2015 so i can’t do the free update.
i don’t know why the purchase appear no longer in themeforest’s my account panel. i just can see my 2 latest download for other themes i bought.

Probably check to see if you created two accounts with different emails.
Also, contact ThemeForest tech support, perhaps share with them a copy of your receipt?
