Hi all,
Ive purchased news paper 7, and have dowloaded the files. Now I would like to upload the theme to WordPress. When I go to Dashboard> appearance> themes> add new > upload theme > I click browse and select newspaper.zip then click the “install now”. This is about as far as I get. the theme doesn’t unpack, then the connection times out.
If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
Please check to see if the wordpress parameters are as recommended – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ because this could cause the issues you are having. Also you could try the Ftp installation method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
