we are facing this problem on V7.4

Hi,
That is just a warning, you could check the status of WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and change it’s value to false if needed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also the server should meet these requirements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
