cannot write to custom code – custom css

hello, we have trouble to write css code in theme panel > custom code > custom css

i have
wp 4.7.3
newspaper : version: 7

any idea about this issue ? i already deactive all plugin but the problem still remain

hello

i cannot write/type in to the box code, the cursor did not change to type mode
so i cannot create my own custom css
hope you have understand

Hi,

This is a strange issue, I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache (very important) and try again to enter some code in the custom css section. Maybe some plugin is interfering with this field in your case. What about the other custom fields, is the same problem present? If nothing works you could try to make a fresh theme install by FTP – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please let us know how it goes.

i forget i have added 1 code line in wp core file and it causing this issue
