We’re experiencing an issue when attempting to post articles in video format. We simply cannot get the YouTube (or such) URL field to show.
We took a look on the documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-featured-image-or-video/
We don’t have any of those fields showing for us on the right sidebar ( as seen on the screen shots.
I tried to change the aricle post style to every kind, with no change.
Any ideas on how to tackle this problem? Any help is appriciated, we are in quite a hurry with this. Thanks!

all screen options are / were checked.
We might have found the culprit in WP Webinar Systems plugin (https://www.wpwebinarsystem.com/), it might be altering the post view – I’ll post here when I can confirm this.
We do have reports of untested plugins removing theme options. Please test without plugins by disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
