Two Columns Blocks Rendering Single Block

Hello,
Well this is the way a block 16 displays content on a single column: https://www.screencast.com/t/G3TK8wqwn
The site is split in 3 sections. A block 16 needs 2 columns to display like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/TJX5M1cCJ
You cannot have 2×2 column layouts on the page as that would mean the theme needs 4 columns but only 3 are available.

And you should find a way to use this layout when building your pages. This is recommended, and also guarantees that the page building elements from Visual composer will display properly.
Please provide more details about the problems you are experiencing with the registration. If users are not able to register, make sure this option is enabled – https://www.screencast.com/t/KFGKNDZRSrc
There you can also choose a default role for the new users.

There is no theme setting that can affect the user registration with the domain you are using. I believe that if you want to have email options, there are providers that can offer this solution. Please check with your domain hosting with this kind of available options.
