Having problem installing the theme with wordpress through appearance and theme.

More specific?
You need to upload the theme zip, not the ‘all files’ zip.
Also, best way to install anything with WP is FTP as it will always work; while the WP installers are dependent on your server, permissions, bandwidth, random updates at server core, etc.

Great i just contact the host providers to help me check on their end. And what to try installing it with my FTP FileZilla Client and see.
I will get back to you but any things advice.
