I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core file and cause a lot of unknown issues. It is possible that plugins to affect the theme responsiveness. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. I fixed it. It was a style problem from child theme css.
Im tryng to add the credentials for the Facebook section on social tab in home page.
It returns me 0 but i added the Facebook App Id and Facebook Security Key and when I clik in “Facebook Access Token ‘Get Access Token'” does nothing.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using the latest theme version. First of all, to be safe, you should make a full backup to your database and then you simply install your theme via FTP, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Use this method because this is the surest one in this regard.

But its necessary install again the plugins ? Or just need to upload the “father” template at all? Will this change affect the childteheme what im using?

The recommended way in this regard is to re-install all used plugins after you have updated your theme. The code which you have in your child theme will not be overwritten by your updating. Also, you should check the child theme version to be the latest one which comes bundled with the theme core file.
