Cannot activate or live preview theme

I am receiving the following errors and cannot seem to activate the Newspaper theme. Activating results in a ‘white screen’

Warning: require_once(td_options.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/bostonv7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-tf/patch_7.7_7.8.1/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 15

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'td_options.php' (include_path='.:/usr/php/54/usr/lib64:/usr/php/54/usr/share/pear') in /home2/bostonv7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-tf/patch_7.7_7.8.1/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 15

There is only 1 simple plugin activated, a “maintenance mode’ plugin.

Hi,

Please make sure you are installing the theme properly. The surest method in this regard is by FTP

Try installing the theme again, from the package you downloaded. The full package contains multiple folders, please upload only the file that contains the theme. Then try to activate it again.

It was a deeper issue with the site and databases.
