Hello,
I’m trying to upgrade the Hewspaper folder and i’ts appearing an error. At FTP I’m seeing that the Newspaper folder has an unknown user and group, and I cannot modify or delete or uploading files at Hewspaper folder.
Can you help me?

If you cannot upload the theme via ftp following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ then you will have to contact your host as the limitations and/or permissions are added by your host, not the theme.

This issue is most common when WordPress is “installed” via hosting panel vs FTP as the FTPuser, where the directories become “owned” by Apache or similar, and so FTPuser cannot edit/delete/remove.
Your hosting co (or if you have SSH access and know what you’re doing) can “change ownership” permissions on the public folders inside the public root to be “owned” by the FTPuser. (You will need to generally tell them WHO the FTPuser account actually is, not the WordPress admin). Meaning, they will need to know the FTP “user” you are logging in as to your site, to change ownership to that user.
