hello, sir for by mistake I was clicked on “Install & setup with Envato Studio ” because i don’t have much knowing about in the IT . and I didn’t give know information about cpanel so you can’t install. so please it’s by mistake happens . I can install my theme myself so please refund my “Install & setup with Envato Studio ” money back. thanks

Sorry for this inconvenient! Notice that we only recommend doing your theme installing via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Regarding on refund, I replied via another topic.
