How can I eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Hello, I am running my website on multi site platform and using some plugins that are creating render blocking Js and Css. I read your tutorial about moving the CSS and Js by adding codes to Speed Booster plugin.
Now can you tell me how can I move the CSS and Js of the Plugins those ID is not in the list after entering the code in functions.php.

Hello Praveen,

You should inspect your source page because there should have to see all of your resources and then, using the same method with Speed Booster you can move them in the footer. As a hint, you can check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cKiYPTEDK
