Is there any specific reccomendation / tip to follow when launching the update from Newspaper 7 to 8 ?
I am using 7.8.1 right now.
Are the theme panel settings correctly migrated in their entirety? Is there anything do I have to setup again once the theme is upgraded?
Do I have to regen thumbnails?
Is Newspaper 8 not compatibile with wide known plugins such as Really Simple SSL ? Siteground cache? CF7 ? Memberpress ? WordPress Download Manager Pro? Yoast SEO?

The others are not tested and we can not provide any reference to them.
Notice that if the Newspaper 8 will have to be right installed via FTP According to our documentation, yo will not bring any issues with the theme. Should work as expected.

I’ve finally managed to schedule and perform theme update as well. I have one question left which maybe useful for anyone else in need of updating.
Are all the theme options correctly migrated? Are there any settings which need to be manually be done again?

Notice that if you will respect all the needed steps in this regard, your them update will be successful. Also, notice that before each theme update, you should make a full backup to your database to be sure and not losing your data.
