Sorry but you will need a user management plugin in order to achieve this. The theme does not feature such options.
Unfortunately we have not tested any such plugins so I cannot provide a recommendation.

Maybe more options will be added in future theme updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen.
If you would like to have additional options, that is only possible with a plugin. Try some registration plugins or membership plugins and use the one you think it’s best for your purpose.
