Problem with categories

Hi,
There’s a problem with the categories apparently.
When I go to “Theme Panel” -> “Categories” and change, for exemple, the “Responsabilidade” category, the template don’t assume the layout (M9 block) and sidebar (CATEGORIAS – VER) that is set.
