Image options don't seem to be working in Posts

Every time I add an image to a post it not only appears with a height of only 200px (which I have mentioned in another question) but it also doesn’t do any of the other things I tell it to. I have tried making the on click action link to a large image but there is no option to add the link to the large image (that I can see) and if I set it to open prettyPhoto there is again no obvious way to tell it which photo. Either way when I preview the post and click on the image it just returns me to the top of the page. No lightbox or image in a window. Also I have tried specifying (within the settings) that I would like a drop shadow (just trying random things to see if they work) and that didn’t seem to work either. Just a full width image that is 200px deep with an on click action that returns me to the top of the post and a lack of drop shadow (animations don’t seem to work either)

Hoping someone can help please. I would really appreciate it.

Hello,

The solution was presented ion the other post. You use visual composer on posts. Please disable the tagdiv composer plugin.

Thanks.

THank you for the numerous replies. Since I can’t delete a post I will continue on here and will not update the other posts.

I have a website which is comprised of a main page which is set up using the very impressive tagDiv composer.

The rest of the site is made up of blog style posts. How should I compose those posts?

Hello,

You should not use any p[age builder to build posts. Use only the tiny mce editor like so:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-formats-for-tinymce/
If ypou want to use opur own page builder, please disable the visual composer plugin and re-create any pages built with it and remove any visual composer shortcodes from your posts.

Thank you!
