Something very strange has happened to me. In the last days, all the VC modules of the theme have disappeared disappeared.
I can not insert any of the preconfigured templates nor can I modify existing ones.
What can be the motive?

Make sure you update to version of VC included with NP8, and do *not* activate TD Composer, as you can’t use both at same time (it’s one or the other).

Where can I check whether or not I have TD Composer enabled?
As for the update that comes in version 8 of NP, I have the NP7 version, how do I update it? Do I have to update the topic? Could you guide me step by step?

If you do not have the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 8), then you do not have to worry about the tagDiv composer. Something else has caused this. Try to deactivate all your other plugins except the Visual composer editor, clear any caching installed and check if the problem is fixed.
You could also deactivate and remove the Visual composer from the plugins section, and install it again from your theme package

I deleted VC and installed it from the theme panel. Now I have the modules in VC again, but I’m going to play redo the pages I had pre-designed

When Visual composer receives an update, we will first test it and then include it in the theme package. Then it will be officially supported and you can update it

Please do no not update it from the plugin author if this option is available (purchased Visual composer) and disable the auto-update for this plugin.
