TD composer not working on frontend of the home but ok in edit page in admin?

When i click on TD Composer on the frontend of homepage, i’ll i get is a grey background with spinning wheel. But in the admin page for edit page for home, it works fine?

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard.
Then create a new page and check if the problem is solved. You could also deactivate all your plugins except the tagDiv composer and test again.
Please let us know if the problem is still present.

Thanks. I’ve already made these changes before getting this issue. I do remember it was working at some point but not anymore.

Ok, i tested on other pages and it’s working. Just not homepage.

Hi,

That is a weird issue. I have not managed to recreate this, or seen it before. If you deactivated all other plugins it means that they are not causing the issue. Check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or maybe added to the theme files.
Switch to the main theme if you use a child theme.
You could try to reinstall the theme, and see if that fixes the problem
