how to stop a post from the home page

hi i created a post and i did not want to projected in the home page i want it to be as a normal post like and if needed i want to add as a link in another post but it should not be displayed until the link is provided can any one help me thank you in advance.

Each element from the Homepage (block, big grid etc) can be customized. You can select the needed element and control what posts it displays, and from which category
