Do you are using the TD Composer on a page which was made with Visual Composer in the past or vice versa? Notice that thing is not recommended to do because you can encounter such a problem. If is not what you mean, please provide more details, your website and if the problem persists, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information so we can further inspect your setup page.
