Shortcodes missing

Hello,

The shortcodes that are referenced on this page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/blockquotes-pullquotes-dropcaps/ are not showing up in my post editor.

How do I enable these?

I am using WP version 4.8.1 and the latest version of TinyMCE.

Please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/increase-users-engagement-add-custom-buttons-posts/ because there you will found the steps which are needed to follow in order to create your buttons on the posts.

That’s about buttons, not shortcodes. I’m also having an issue with missing shortcodes.

Hello xbass,

You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. I suppose that you are using our page builder TD COmposer and in the past, your buttons have been added with Visual Composer and most likely, that’s why you bring the shortcodes buttons because our page builder does not recognize it. Provide your website for more investigations. If is not what you mean, provide more details about your problem.
