I want to create megamenu with subcategory as like on your documentation but i do not find megamenu on menu structure. Should this megamenu plugins must installed first or there is setting i forgot to set it?

Make sure that your theme was right installed via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ I recommend you to make a new fresh install, clear all your caches, purge CND files and check the results.
