after update theme on 8.1 i have a strange bug with tagdiv slide gallery.

I see this topic and try:
– disable tagdiv composer (strange, but thing which i did in VC after that come broken! like tabs container)
– delete all custome code from theme
– clear cache.
I think, problem in intergration of tagdiv composer in theme, after which all goes in bugs.
I have a big afraid, that i need to downgrade my theme, but where i can find previous version…

The main problem is keeping both visual composer and the tagdiv composer active. Please select the one you want to use and disable the other. DO not keep both page builders active at the same time.

Bogdan, thank you for answer, but, sorry for my some angry tune – i can read and think logical. I disable tagdiv composer at first and i write in this topic – this is crash other sides of client site.
Look what done disabling tagdiv (i’m not use it for this page!)
I don’t understand what to do at all. Enable – bug, disable – bug+crash.

Disabling the tagDiv composer should not have any effect in pages built with Visual composer or crash the website or page.
There might be other factors that could be causing this kind of layout issues. Plugins, custom code in theme panel or in the theme files, customization of the theme elements (like blocks and modules) directly or through a child theme.
If you could maybe provide a link to the website you mention with the layout issues, we could inspect it.
Try using the browser inspector to inspect the block mentioned, and maybe identify what is causing it to display like that and where is it coming from.

I disable now tagdiv and try to insert “empty space” between womans on screenshot in VC – all goes fine. So, i think, problem in plugin…
And do you what happened in last time when i turn off tagdiv? Activation of theme is dissapeared 🙂

It seems like the content inserted in the text element and then in the tabs has a spacing problem from what I can see

The height of the element does not take into account the image size, that is how it seems. I have not seen this before, I could not say why this is happening. Either leave the empty spaces as it is now, or I see that placing a height for the text columns element works as well

The other problem that is happening is very unusual. Deactivating a plugin should not reset the theme activation. Something is not functioning properly with the theme or the database.
You could try a fresh theme install if possible, and use only theme plugins at first

The tagDiv composer will automatically activate itself when the theme is installed or updated.
Check if the issue is still happening. Make a full backup before, just to be safe.
