I can’t edit Theme panel, when I click on always thinking on SAVE SETTINGS,(see https://ibb.co/n9tE95 ) the screen goes grey and the square just rotates as if it is processing but it never ends. In addition, I am not sure if this is a related issue, but the PAGE VIEWS is flawed. It used to work but lately the page views are much lower than what analytics shows. Analytics is definitely correct because a page I know that 1000’s went to, only shows 20 or so.Could it be refreshing itself for some reason? From what I can see, the post view counter is not working on the post you mention. It should increase on every page view, but it does not.
If you use caching please enable this setting from the theme panel

Attached is these status. In speed bost it tells me it conflicts with another plugin even though I jhjave deleted that plugin..
Also in wp-config I added define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );but it still shows “WP Memory Limit, 40 MB/request” in these status.
I also added thiss “define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);” to wp-config.
What am I doing wrong?

The Speed booster plugin will deactivate itself if it detects a plugin that is not in a predefined list. The Speed booster plugin could break the functionality of some plugins.

The changes mentioned in the system status guide need to be made either to the wp-config file, or the php.ini file.
It would be best if you could contact your hosting provider, as they might have a recommended method of doing this.

I did both those. The main issue is as I originally posted. I can’t save any settings in the themepanel, it keeps circulating/thinking and doesn’t do anything (doesn’t time out either)any ideas how I can fix that??

Please check in the theme panel while saving settings, if there are any errors in the browser console. Press F12 to bring up the inspector window and then open the console

Check if there are any errors in this console. The admin ajax process could be blocked by the server, because of the multiple requests that it makes. In this case you can contact the hosting provider and explain the situation or provide a screenshot with the error.
They should be able to fix it.

I just spoke to host (Godaddy) they said it’s not an issue with .
They recommend I optimize the database tables via php my admin, which includes compressing the tables as it may be a “resource issue” Would this work? I don’t want to waste time doing this since they had led me down the wrong path before.
Will using this tool help with optimizing the database tables or are these recommendations only to speed up the site?

Please try to deactivate all you plugins except the plugins provided in the theme package, and if you have caching, clear the cache. If you use CDN, purge the files. Then check if this has any effect in the theme panel saving issue. If this is not a server problem, then maybe a plugin is causing it.
If you have added custom code to the theme or WordPress files, remove it temporary for testing.
