when create an account,Everybody has an error “USER OR EMAIL ALREADY EXISTS”

Please try to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins and clear any caching installed. Then check if the user registration is working properly.
If you have any modification to the theme and WordPress check them as well. If you could provide a link to your website we will inspect the issue.

I do not know html,I don’t add any code,So I just created Front Page and install the plugins : iThemes Security ; TinyMCE Advanced ; WP Super Cache ; WPBakery Visual Composer ; Yoast SEO.

The message that you mention is not displayed. Only if a user tries again with the same registration information it should be displayed

There are registration plugins that you can try for more advanced settings and options, or custom logins. The theme login can be disabled in the theme panel if that is the case.
