Today I bought the template. I can not make any changes. I do not get any error I talked to the administrator and the server side is all right … What can happen? Can somebody help me?

Please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Probably is something new.. I was speaking with server´s administrator. In our server everything is ok.
