Hi! I have both TagDiv Composer and Visual Composer plugin installed on my blog. Visual Composer works just fine in back end editing on my pages, but I would like to start using TagDiv composer instead as it seems more user friendly and customizable. Both options (buttons) are available on my pages but when I click on TagDiv Composer a white screen is on the right hand side where my site should be and I can’t drag any elements. Please advise.

First please check the theme system status and make modifications to these WordPress and server parameters

You could ask your hosting provider to make the changes for you if needed.
Then check if the composer works properly. If there is still a problem, please deactivate all plugins except theme provided plugins, clear any installed cache and check again.

I tried doing both suggestions above (my host said WordPress and server parameters were already ok). And I tried using this https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ to make a brand new page to replace the old one after disabling all plugins not associated with the theme, but where my site is supposed to be in the composer is still just showing white. I cannot drag anything, and when making changes to the site wide settings the whole page turns grey and freezes. Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

If the theme system status parameters are set properly, and you have tried while having only theme plugins active, there should not be any problem.

@jasman2020 So the tagDiv composer is not working properly for you. There a few solutions you can try, these worked in some cases

Be sure to take a look at the theme system status as well. Those parameters are important in the functionality of the theme and plugins. Let us know the results.
