Mobile Menu Transparent Screen Flashing Across Desktop,

Hi,

For starters, I love your theme. It has been a pleasure using it.

I just recently came across a problem and it seems to be a bug on my site to do with the Newspaper theme. When you open up my site (gandemagazine.com) the mobile transparent menu screen, without the menu options, flashes across my site. Every time you select a new page it happens again.

I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of this?

Thank you,
Ryan

Hi,

I have inspected the website, but I do not see this problem present at the moment, on any page, post, category page etc. The mobile theme overlay is supposed to be displayed only on mobile, but there could be conflicts with other plugins, or caching plugins that can cause this to happen.

Thanks

Hi I’m seeing a similar issue. I recently used the Header Manager to update my mobile menu and now I’m seeing this odd behavior on just about every page load. The animation happens quickly but I was able to grab a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/dGsOl5.jpg

Updating the Newspaper theme from 10.3 to 10.3.1 seems to have fixed the issues. The header in general seems to be loading more smoothly.

Hi I’m still seeing the odd issue with this, I think related to my Litespeed cache combine/minify css/js. Can you point me in the right direction to exclude the right file or files from caching?

thanks

Hi,

I just checked your website and now this is looking good, as for cache plugin, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.

Let me know the results!
Thank you for your understanding!
