how to display only the latest article but not randomly??

Each block and grid used on pages can have it’s own sorting and filtering. You can control which posts are displayed for each one of these elements. Please follow this guide explaining all the available block settings and options

There is a post number limit that you can set for each block in the General tab, by editing the page with the composer

Hi,

Please provide a link to your website is possible so we can inspect it and see the issue you describe, for a better understanding and solution.
Blocks will display posts based on filtering and sorting options chosen. If there are enough posts in the category/categories and you increased the limit, they will be displayed.
This does not include Big Grids, these elements do not have the option for a limit.
