On my website, http://www.wallstreetphysician.com, the featured image is being displayed on posts, but not pages. I created a new test page to see if it was because of my recent switch to the theme, but it is still not working.

Pages can have featured images set, those will be displayed in blocks and grids as thumbnails, not in the actual page like posts do

You could enter the same image in the page content and it will be displayed in the page. There is no page template at the moment that displays the featured image of a page, in the actual page.
