I’m having the exact same problem with the same “Envati API down” message, wether i try to activate my theme manually or “automatically”. I just emailed you to the address hereover.

Hi again, the problem seems to have been solved (by itself ?) after numerous attempts. However, I can’t install any plugins directly from my WP dashboard and need to add them manually via FTP.
Lastly, when I try to work on my Home page via tagdiv composer and save my last changes, it says “invalid page format”.
What’s wrong ?!

If you cannot install plugins directly it could be a memory allocation issue. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please also test the tagdiv composer on a brand new page, not on existing ones that were built by other page builders. The tagdiv composer will not recognize shortcodes from other page builders and will provide errors if they are found.
