Please provide more details about the error, and a link to your website if possible so we can inspect it. You could try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins as a test, and check if the error is still displayed. It could be a conflict between plugins.

The mobile theme plugin is sensitive and can be influenced by other plugins and especially caching. The WP Super Cache is recommended to be used if possible

Please try as suggested and deactivate every plugin except theme plugins. Leave only theme plugins active. Then try and activate the mobile theme plugin again. It should work, then enable your plugins.
The mobile plugin is optional, if it is conflicting with something you could simply not use it. There will be no problem, as the main theme is perfectly capable to display the website on all devices. The theme is fully responsive, mobile theme plugin is not required.
