Hi! I’m a new WP and Newspaper user and I’m building my own company’s website. I would like to try what black site with white texts would look like. I managed to switch the header etc. to black in the theme panel, but how do I make totally black pages with white text? (And also posts with black background and white text.)

I’m not sure why don’t you install a demo, like Black demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/
The theme doesn’t have an option to change the post content background. It is set to white by default and you will need custom modifications.
Try to install the demo without content and you will have that design without any additional modifications – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
