Call to undefined function get_header() in index.php:6

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in index.php:6
Stack trace:
#0 {main}
thrown in index.php on line 6

I have error_log in template folder full of this error, can anyone help me to fix it?
