I have bought one license for Newspaper –
– 25 Sep 2017 REGULAR LICENSE
I have had an email (17/11/17) telling me that there is an update for it, but, a) it doesn’t show in my WordPress dashboard as updates tend to do for other themes despite registering the product and b) there is nothing new in my Downloads area on Themeforest/Envato Market either. So, where do I find the update? I admit to being a little confused.

Please do not post sensitive information in the topic (license key, login details etc) The topics here on the forum are open to all theme users. I have edited the post and removed it. If this kind of information should ever be required, we will ask that you provide it by email.
There was a theme update today containing some improvements and the latest version of Visual composer.
To update the theme please check this guide, the steps for each update method are mentioned in it

Please check again on Themeforest, the latest theme version is available for download.

Thanks for your reply. I have followed your instructions, got a token, entered it and have the Envato Market plugin. This shows that an update is available for Newspaper – has the orange bar above the theme name with the update icon to click…but when I click it absolutely nothing happens. Zip. Not sure what to do next. Where on earth do I go from there if it doesn’t update when I click the Udate Available link?

Hello,
The envato plugin is faulty and provides errors in many cases. Use any of the other 3 methods of updating the theme. This happens on all themes, not just on our themes. The envato plugin is not very reliable. Our veteran users can confirm this.
