Hello,
Sorry for the delay, we do not work on weekends.
We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page
Please test this on a brand new page with no existing content.
Thanks
hi!
it´s an error with the revslider and the new update 8.2 (over wp 4.9) if you “unplug” the revslider the “tagdiv composer” it will works fine again.
with wp 4.8.3, latest version of RSlider (5.4.6.3.1) and 8.1.2 TG NP version works fine.
please fix it!
😉

hi!
this only happens if you have a slider ( revslider) into the page that you are editing with “TG Composser”
Hello,
I have tested the revslider together with the tagdiv composer and I cannot see the issue.
Please create a new page and place reovlution slider in a column text using the shortcode implementation. If the issue still persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
