Are those plugins already installed with the theme?

I can see some plugins in theme panel, but my question is do we have to pay to activate Revolution Slider, tagDiv Mobile Theme, and Visual Composer? Because those are not installed and activated by default.

Please notice that none of these plugins have to be purchased because these are just already included in our theme’s packet. Please check our documentation here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/60lb767t -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ because there you will find the answer to your question regarding their place in the theme’s files.
