please let me know how to edit or rename top parent category in newpaper 8 theme

Hi,
Please do not edit demo content, create your own menus, categories, posts etc and use them. If in the future you should decide to install a different demo, this will remove all demo content imported when installed

Simply create new categories, with the structure and name you wish and use them.
