hello.. i already make a new homepage with tag composer..
but why my postpage and others didnt have a sidebar?

You should enable the sidebar from theme panel and from post pages. For like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-smart-sidebar/
