Hi,
While accessing site on Mobile I found 2 issues…
1. I am using Block 13 for one of my post blocks in Homepage. The links are not clickable on Mobile
2. Mobile site loading is too slow. In PageSpeed, the desktop version shows 98 while the mobile is 70.
Please help.
Also, for each theme update do I need to add the customization I added in theme again?

Hello,
Layout issues are usually dues to plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thanks for reply. I checked, there’s no custom code inside theme, except adsense script in the header. And layout urls work perfectly on desktop version… issue is with mobile version. All other blocks working fine except the urls in Block 13.
Regarding speed… I found below objects from theme showing error 404. Can you please let us know how to resolve those errors?

Please try as suggested and deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, deactivate the optimization plugin as well. Something is causing the issue, all the blocks work properly in all situations. This would be the first thing to do, plugins.
The screenshots you provided seem to indicate a 404 error for the theme internal font files

But if these are present in the theme install on the server, there should be no problems like this.

Are you suggesting to keep all optimization plugins deactivated permanently?
I just tested… it’s autoptomize plugin which causing the 404 error. Any idea how to resolve it?

I really could’n say, could be a setting in the plugin which is causing it. These optimization plugins can cause problems in some cases. You could try a different plugin if this is required.
Also there are many user provided website optimization guides and tutorials here on the forum.
