Single Post Sidebar Not working and Customizing of Homepage Block

Good day, you’ve got an amazing theme but i seem not to get two things working fine for me.

1. No single post has a sidebar. Sidebar is not working at all in all single post but works in pages and homepage. I have tried almost all setting s but yet to get it right.

2. I want to change something in the homepage block. Instead of it to display number of comment, I want it to display the number of times the post have been shared. see this attachment Hompage Share

Hello generah,

1)Please make sure that your sidebar has been correctly set up according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-smart-sidebar/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
2)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any type of option that allows you to add share counter functionality, but only like counter. Also, I cannot access your screenshots.

I have gone through the documentation and have done as instructed but the sidebar isn’t working yet.

Dear Catalin, Thanks for your support. Nevertheless, my challenge is not yet solved. The issue, all single posts does not show sidebar. Sidebar is not showing at all in all single post but only show on homepage. Kindly assist with this issue. This is my Website url

Hi,

I have inspected the website, it seems there are no sidebars on the post page. Note that the theme has a primary category functionality
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
If a sidebar is not set manually for the post, the theme will try to display the sidebar set for it’s primary category (by default this is the first one alphabetically, from the post categories).
For example this post that does not have a sidebar
– https://soundically.com/2017/12/29/youngface-ft-skales-ororo-audio/
That happens most likely because it’s category does not have a sidebar set
– https://soundically.com/category/music/
Either set a sidebar in the post page, or for the category (Per category settings). That should solve the problem.
