Hi, how are you? I’m trying to import the Dental demo for my site of seguro auto br, but it’s giving this error: “Did you disable any tagdiv plugins?”, But the plugins are active.
Besides this error, others appear;

Please disable all other plugins except the tagdiv composer and the multi-purpose plugin and clear all caching. try to re-save permalinks and set the header style again in the theme panel and press the save button.

I did what you told me. I deactivated plugins and only kept tagdiv composer + multo-purpose. I selected the desired header, however, there is no button to save. The problem persists.

If there is no buton to save settings that is a clear indicator you have to update the theme to the latest version (8.5.1) (use this guidehttps://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/) and please also disable and delete the multi-purpose plugin you currently have.
Then install it again from the theme plugins section but only after you update the theme.
